Seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional on-site support for mobile & crawler crane operations. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics to promote a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design and development.
  • Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports to inform business decisions.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Valid driving license and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
