About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Product Coordinator to join our Performance Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sample management process, coordinating the distribution of samples and technical documents, and supporting our medical program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample Management: Manage product sample ordering and distribution process across all categories, including footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Sample Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of samples, footwear stands, and technical documents to medical clinics.
  • Medical Practitioner Product Seeding: Manage medical practitioner product seeding, including aligning with the annual seeding calendar, identifying medical practitioners, and tracking feedback.
  • Product Wear Testing: Assist with the product wear testing program, including product distribution, developing feedback platforms, and tracking feedback.
  • Medical Professional Buyer's Program: Process Medical Professional Buyer's Program applications and related enquiries.
  • Event Planning: Assist and support medical conference planning and delivering event activations.
  • Product Category Management: Manage the Studs and Spikes product category, including product orders and working with the Apparel & Equipment product manager.
  • Consumer Facing Content: Support consumer facing content for e-commerce and monitor e-commerce consumer and practitioner product reviews.
  • Invoice Management: Manage invoices.

Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Sports / Exercise / Healthcare or similar.
