We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our Performance Improvement Team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in aligning business processes to achieve organisational goals and drive efficient results.
- Translate business plans into actionable strategies and monitor progress to completion.
- Identify, analyse, and improve business processes to meet current goals and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Re-engineer processes to reduce costs, cycle time, and improve quality of production and service.
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to drive business performance.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff members on selected components of their work.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to assist employees in reaching their objectives and enabling progression and potential.
- Strong understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation and icare policies and business rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly developed self-management and organisation skills.
- Continuous improvement and initiative, including flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
