Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Export Administrator to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth export of goods from our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate daily replenishment reports and shipping files in SAP
  • Manage inventory issues and resolve any discrepancies with 3PL
  • Raise SAP Purchase Orders as required
  • Process documentation for transport collections and deliveries
  • Label and reprint customer orders
  • Prepare export documentation
  • Update shipment files
  • Provide daily updates to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Export documentation experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
  • Dangerous goods management certification
  • Proven experience working as a Warehouse Administrator
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Logistics and inventory experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer focus skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Capacity to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
