Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and export processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate daily replenishment reports and send relevant documentation to 3PL partners
  • Process shipping files and delivery paperwork for customer orders
  • Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies with 3PL partners
  • Raise purchase orders as required
  • Receipt stock and samples into our system
  • Process documentation for transport collections and deliveries
  • Label and reprint customer orders
  • Prepare export documentation and update shipment files
  • Provide daily updates to stakeholders and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in export documentation and logistics
  • Dangerous goods management certification
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Logistics and inventory experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer focus skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
