Job Description

The Company

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Export Administrator to join our client, a global leader in delivering food experiences and wellbeing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily replenishment reports and shipping files for customer orders in SAP
  • Resolve inventory issues and raise purchase orders as required
  • Process documentation for transport collections and deliveries, including Chain of Responsibility
  • Label and reprint documents for customer orders
  • Prepare export documentation and update shipment files

Requirements:

  • Export documentation experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
  • Dangerous goods management certification
  • Proven experience working as a Warehouse Administrator
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory experience
