We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Developer to create high-quality digital content for our SharePoint-based formal document management system.

This role requires maintaining and developing content in SharePoint to support Commission staff effectively interact with business units.

  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint that supports Commission staff to effectively interact with business units.
  • Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
  • Develop site maps and site page templates.
  • Contribute to documenting the team's processes.
  • Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

This role requires ability to read understand and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content in the form of web pages on SharePoint sites.

Ability to estimate time to complete technical requirements and report effectively is also required.

Effective communication skills including building productive working relationships and presenting complex technical functions are essential.
