About This Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to convert technical, process-driven, and supporting documents into interactive digital content. The focus is on producing high-quality digital content in line with established development processes from specification documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint that supports staff to effectively interact with business units.
  • Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
  • Contribute to documenting the team's processes.
  • Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and finalisation of allocated tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity, and with minimal instruction or guidance.
  • Resolve conflicts between competing work goals, priorities, and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content in the form of web pages on SharePoint sites.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps, and/or demonstrated aptitude in learning how to operate new technologies.
  • Effective communication skills including ability to build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong self-management skills including the ability to organise work activities and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
