Job Description:

The role of a Digital Content Developer is to convert technical, process-driven documents into web content and other interactive digital solutions. The key focus is on producing high-quality digital content that aligns with established development processes from specification documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint to support Commission staff interactions.
  • Assist in the publication of digital content by creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving.
  • Curate Commission documentation and the team's digital asset library.
  • Develop site maps and templates for SharePoint sites.
  • Document team processes and contribute to cross-functional workflows.
  • Manage tasks independently with minimal instruction and respond to Service Desk requests.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve conflicts between competing work goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content.
  • Estimate time to complete technical requirements and report effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, including building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and presenting complex ideas.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps or demonstrated aptitude in learning new technologies.
  • Ability to analyse digital content for quality and accuracy.
