Your Role

As a Culinary Expert, you'll be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting all foods according to standard recipes, while providing a superior customer experience.

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene in food preparation as outlined in Food Safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and present foods in accordance with Food Hygiene standards.
  • Develop your culinary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Minimize food wastage and contribute to a sustainable kitchen environment.
  • Deliver an exceptional Guest experience by being attentive, friendly, and welcoming.
  • Contribute to menu development, team discussions, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit kitchen stock and order supplies as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and excellence.
