We're seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
As a Coffee Connoisseur, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our café, and providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavor and extraction quality.
- Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in a high-volume environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment.
- Support general restaurant operations such as order taking, food prep, restocking, and cleaning.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year barista experience.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to start early mornings.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
