">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coffee professional to lead our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers
  • Assisting with food preparation, as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash and card payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Supervising and training junior staff members, as required
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A passion for coffee and the ability to create latte art
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior supervisory experience is a preferred
