AWS is responsible for designing, planning, delivering and operating all global infrastructure. Our team keeps the cloud running, supporting data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure customers have continuous access to innovation.

We are hiring a skilled professional to join our growing team within the Global Network Delivery team. Your responsibilities include delivering hardware, configuration, and fiber connectivity for interdependent scaling projects across several data center locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Engineering & Project Manager teams to ensure fast rollout of established designs and products.
  • Manage work priorities through ticketing system and workflows, collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
  • Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including low-level application interaction.
  • Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
  • Specify Power and Cooling requirements and ensure Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment.
  • Complete customer requests via Remedy trouble ticketing system and project management workflows.
  • Participate in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.

About this Role:

This role involves working inside a data center installing network equipment and cables, managing vendors, and negotiating deadlines with program managers. You will be responsible for running multiple projects simultaneously.
