Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to fill a pivotal role in our organization based at Melbourne and Adelaide.

The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining our corporate and project networks, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve assigned support incidents, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing of solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide efficient support and vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Provide input into the strategy and direction of networking systems based on business needs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes, driving efficiency and technological innovation
  • Assist in specifying, designing, and implementing aspects of WAN and LAN networks meeting or exceeding industry standard best practices
  • Provide network consultancy and assistance to customers in designing, setting up, and troubleshooting unclassified networks and customer deliverables
  • Ensure that network solutions and infrastructure meet current performance, reliability, security, and business requirements
  • Monitor and maintain all existing network infrastructure proactively
  • Contribute to and maintain detailed documentation, including high and low-level designs, as-built information, how-to knowledge bases, and troubleshooting articles
  • Participate in the on-call roster providing out-of-hours support for critical systems
