We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team, responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sector-specific procurement cycles, budget limitations, and decision-making processes.

">Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified opportunities within Higher Education and Government sectors, identifying and pursuing new business prospects.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, working closely with assigned account executives to develop targeted segments.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., IT Directors, CIOs, Procurement Officers), aligning outreach efforts with fiscal year planning and budget cycles.

Sector-Specific Activities:

  • Participate in education conferences, government vendor fairs, and sector-specific events to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Develop expertise in education GRC technology requirements and government compliance standards to effectively communicate value propositions.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience, preferably with background in selling to education or government sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and RFP/RFQ processes, with excellent research, account mapping, and navigation skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with resilience, process-driven mindset, and effective time management.
