Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Infrastructure Portfolio Manager to lead our infrastructure projects and corporate service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with our organisational objectives and effective risk mitigation across all functions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement robust frameworks for construction scheduling, asset management, budget oversight, and project delivery to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • To lead multi-disciplinary teams responsible for business services such as human resources, procurement, finance, governance, and information management to deliver high-quality support services.
  • To foster a culture of collaboration by building cohesive networks within our command structure and with external partners to enhance service delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will bring substantial experience from senior roles where you have overseen complex portfolios involving both construction projects and corporate service delivery. Your background should demonstrate deep familiarity with asset lifecycle planning as well as financial stewardship over large-scale budgets.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in senior business services roles within construction or project delivery environments leading multi-disciplinary teams across both infrastructure projects and corporate functions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure frameworks including project plans, asset lifecycle maintenance programs, financial forecasting, procurement processes, and government reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional time management abilities with proven success in delivering high-volume outputs under strict deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
