Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Support Representative to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. as a Crusher/Sizer Service Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring that all service and sales transactions are executed flawlessly and communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Area Manager for sales and support, as well as the site service planner and FLS planner to ensure orders and labor meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that drawings, specifications, and schedules are correctly interpreted and followed by the team.
- Inspect the OEM team's work to ensure acceptable work standards are achieved.
- Check equipment before it is released to the clients, ensuring it is returned to service in a safe condition and to OEM standards.
- Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Evaluate job progress and liaise with the customer.
- Promote a culture of personal and team safety.
- Participate in relevant OEM planning meetings, including operations, labor, and projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in fixed plant operations, including ABON Crushers & Sizers.
- Trade-qualified.
- Excellent presentation and organizational and communication skills, both internally and to clients.
- Strong commitment to a positive safety culture.
- Able to provide reports and recommendations on jobs completed.
- Read, adjust, and approve reports completed by your team.
- Able to proactively assist in all aspects of coordinating shutdown work, including assessment of work instructions, procedures, manning levels, and skillsets.
- The ability to use initiative to contribute and support continuous improvement and drive change.
- Assist with the completion of required inspections, audits, and HSE reports.
