Customer Service Representative Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and address customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Promote loyalty programs and products to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare high-quality coffees using barista equipment to enhance the customer experience.

You will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of safety procedures and adhering to work health and safety policies. Additionally, you will complete cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and refilling bathroom products to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
