Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our hospitality team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This is a temporary casual role that offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service experiences to our guests.

Job Description:
  • Lounge Runners (Food & Beverage Attendants): Assist in maintaining clean and tidy service areas, including buffet stations, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Bar & Barista Staff: Support barista, bar, and A La Carte service, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver memorable service experiences to all Qantas Lounge guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the lounge area.
  • Support colleagues in providing efficient and effective service.
  • Promote a safe working environment by identifying hazards and following WHS practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Initiative to ensure positive, intuitive, and efficient guest interactions.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Confidence liaising with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
