Leadership Role - Maintenance Solutions

In this role you will:

  • Manage a team of approximately 15 Response Centre Operators responsible for responding to maintenance requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong outcome-focused work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A good understanding of building maintenance and call centre management/supervisor experience including telephony systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
