Leadership Role - Maintenance Solutions
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our maintenance team in delivering quality solutions to our customers. In this role you will:
- Provide real-time and ongoing leadership, direction, support and feedback across the Maintenance Hub Response Centre.
- Work closely with staff and management to deliver quality service delivery outcomes to meet maintenance requirements and the needs of our customers.
- Manage a team of approximately 15 Response Centre Operators responsible for responding to maintenance requests.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong outcome-focused work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience in team management in a fast-paced work environment.
- A good understanding of building maintenance and call centre management/supervisor experience including telephony systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
