Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is a world-renowned resort located on the stunning Cable Beach in Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our high-achieving Housekeeping Team.

The successful applicant will be employed on a Full-Time basis on rotating rosters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper with directing and overseeing all housekeeping staff.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Inspecting rooms cleaned by Room Attendants to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Liaising closely with the Front Office and Engineering departments regarding room status.
  • Ensuring productivity and daily schedules are adhered to.
  • Providing training to Room Attendants on correct cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
  • Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety procedures are followed.
  • Managing stock of cleaning products and adhering to budget controls.
  • Assisting the Executive Housekeeping Manager with staff rostering as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • The ability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment.
