Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a renowned resort holiday destination in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join its high-achieving Housekeeping Team.

The successful candidate will be employed on a Full-Time basis on rotating rosters, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper. Key responsibilities include:

Main Duties:
  • Inspecting rooms cleaned by Room Attendants to ensure adherence to Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa standards.
  • Liaising closely with Front Office and Engineering departments regarding room status.
  • Ensuring productivity and daily schedules are met.
  • Providing training to Room Attendants on correct cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
  • Ensuring adherence to WHS procedures.
  • Managing stock of cleaning products and adhering to budget controls.
  • Assisting with staff rostering as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment.
