Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a renowned resort holiday destination in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their high-achieving Housekeeping Team.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be employed on a Full-Time basis on rotating rosters, assisting the Executive Housekeeper in directing and overseeing all housekeeping staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring rooms meet Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa standards through regular inspections.
  • Liaising closely with Front Office and Engineering departments regarding room status.
  • Managing productivity and daily schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Providing training to Room Attendants on correct cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
  • Ensuring adherence to WHS procedures and managing stock of cleaning products within budget.
  • Assisting with staff rostering as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • The ability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment.
