Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a renowned resort holiday destination in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their high-achieving Housekeeping Team. This is a full-time role based in Broome, offering a competitive industry salary and great working conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in directing and overseeing housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional room cleanliness and adherence to Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa standards.
  • Liaise closely with Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure seamless room status management.
  • Ensure productivity and daily schedules are met, and assist in training Room Attendants on correct cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
  • Manage stock of cleaning products, adhering to budget controls and ensuring safe storage.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager with staff rostering as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are required.
  • The ability to work weekends and public holidays is necessary.
  • Previous experience in a similar resort or hotel environment is highly desirable.
