In the capacity of a Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Relationship Manager to assist in managing your portfolio across all facets of customer engagement, regulatory compliance, operational processes, systems, and governance. What will your day look like?

As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:


• Assisting our Relationship Managers in simplifying banking processes for clients, delivering tailored solutions and insights,

• Performing financial evaluations and formulating effective customer strategies,

• Building and sustaining a professional presence in the market while maintaining an awareness of industry trends and customer sectors,

• Collaborating effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders, and

• Embodying the ANZ Values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

What will you bring?

To thrive and excel in this position, you should ideally possess the following qualifications:


• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and business insight,

• Proficient analytical capabilities to evaluate and interpret financial trends,

• Previous experience in fostering robust relationships in a customer service or experience role,

• Solid understanding of security arrangement structuring,

• Experience in the banking sector is beneficial, though not mandatory, and

• A degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience, is preferred but not strictly required.
