Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Associate

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our award-winning team at Stamford Grand Adelaide as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. As a key member of our Grand Bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold Stamford Grand Adelaide's service standards, providing immediate guest acknowledgement and exceptional service to all guests.
  • Assist with floor plan and cleanliness requirements prior to meal service, including table, banquet, and buffet set up and clearance.
  • Memorise menu items, offer guests educated food pairing suggestions, and upsell products to enhance their dining experience.
  • Manage guests' food orders and work with a team of chefs, managers, and other food and beverage attendants to ensure a positive experience.
  • Display empathy and kindness to all internal and external guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a bright, energetic attitude, a current RSA and Food Handlers Certificate, and experience as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. You will also possess a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with guests, creating an unforgettable experience.
