Product Support Technician Role

This technical position involves working closely with customers to resolve issues related to utility vehicles, concrete pumping equipment, and other mobile machinery.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations, including mine sites and construction sites, to provide on-site support and commissioning of equipment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical assistance to internal and external customers
  • Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Performing repairs and maintenance as requested by customers
  • Offering on-site support for hired fleet equipment
  • Conducting pre-hire and de-hire inspections for equipment
  • Carrying out testing, adjusting, and fault-finding diagnostics
  • Analyzing root causes of equipment failures and providing input on warranty claims
  • Installing modification kits and verifying installation instructions from the manufacturer

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
