An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled technician to join our team as a Product Support Specialist.

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical position primarily responsible for working with aftermarket support for technical needs related to utility vehicle, concrete pumping equipment, concrete transportation equipment, stackers and water tanks for mobile equipment nationally sometimes internationally.

  • Liaise with sales teams, factory engineering and supply chain personnel to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to customers internal and external through phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with the factory to receive feedback from customers and advise on improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients and commission new equipment.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance based on requests from customers.
  • Support hire fleet operations by providing on-site assistance.
  • Prepare pre-hire and de-hire inspection reports for equipment.
  • Carry out testing, adjusting and fault-finding diagnostics.
  • Perform root cause analysis of parts failing in the field and provide input on warranty claims.
  • Install modification kits and check installation instructions from the factory.
  • 60-70% of work will be conducted in the field.
