Job Overview:

A Senior Credit Analyst plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with credit advisory, financial planning, and brokering services for residential property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their financial needs and developing financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and manage loan applications efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of residential property markets and mortgage broking industry is essential
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications, such as Mortgage Broker License, are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Self-employed & PAYG lending experience is advantageous
  • Loan Structuring expertise can be an added value
