Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Property Analyst. In this role, you will provide research support and analysis to help us build strong relationships with our clients in the commercial banking space.

Our team serves over 10,000 clients across Australia, each with an annual turnover of up to $150 million and aggregated commercial debt of up to $100 million. We cater to a range of industries, utilizing a suite of products and services including business lending, transaction banking, cash flow finance, trade finance, asset finance, wealth management, and risk management.

**Your Impact**

In this position, you will develop an extensive database of client and industry-specific information, ideas, and solutions that will aid in delivering exceptional client service and driving sustainable business growth. You will also work closely with product specialists, undertake reporting, and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of client needs and industry trends;
  • Providing expert research and analytical support to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in property or commercial banking environments;
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with expertise in credit transactions, annual reviews, and reporting;
  • A sound understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss, loan, and security structuring;
  • Confidence in communicating at all levels and working in complex, deadline-driven environments;
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, or related fields with CA or CPA accreditation or working towards it;
