About this role

This position involves supporting individuals with daily life activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being.

  • Providing assistance with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address the needs of residents with complex requirements.
  • Encouraging residents' physical activity through engagement in exercises and social interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of residents' health status and treatment plans.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience working in caregiving roles or similar settings.
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
