Dedicated Care Assistant

The Role of a Care Assistant
  • Assist with safe mobility and mealtime support.
  • Apply basic personal care, including moisturising and aid assistance.
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment (room cleaning/laundry).
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with activities and engagement in their day-to-day interests.
  • Support the team in memory support units and general household duties.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A warm, compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute positively to a team.
  • An understanding of aged care standards (desirable but not essential).
