As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality personal care services, including showering, dressing, and assisting with prescribed exercise plans.
- Carry out home-based tasks such as meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing to maintain the health and well-being of our clients.
- Support individual client care plans and work closely with Case Managers to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualifications of Certificate III Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent), with Nursing Assistant qualifications highly regarded.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A smartphone for efficient communication and record-keeping.
