Job Title: Executive Liaison

This is a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic environment of an emergency department.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including divisional committees and working groups.
  • Act as personal assistant to the Clinical Director and Nursing Director.
  • Deliver support to lead and manage divisional projects.
About You:
  • You will have effective time management skills to coordinate appointments and manage diaries/schedules.
  • You will be able to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team with minimal supervision.
  • You will have experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a complex environment.
  • You will have demonstrated experience in transcribing, proofreading, minute taking, and editing of medical documents.
