This is a national role, with flexibility to be based out of either New South Wales (NSW) or Victoria (VIC).As an MSL, you will serve as the critical link between our organization and the medical community, providing scientific expertise and engaging in meaningful exchanges of information.
Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to the development and execution of medical strategies, and supporting the advancement of our Renal therapies.About The RoleCultivate collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and other external stakeholders to ensure the dissemination of accurate, up-to-date scientific information.
Act as a trusted scientific resource, supporting the Renal portfolio and contributing to healthcare professionals' understanding of our therapies.
Provide valuable insights to internal teams regarding evolving medical trends, unmet patient needs, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing.
Deliver impactful medical education and training on the Renal portfolio to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, as needed.
Support investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and other research initiatives aligned with the organisational strategy.
What We're Looking ForTertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., Pharm D, Ph D, MD).
Previous experience as an MSL or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly regarded.
Expertise in nephrology, renal care, or related therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Proven analytical skills and an understanding of clinical data and research methodologies.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across a national territory.
