Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and client-focused professional to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the client's individualized care plan.
  • Work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
  • Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure holistic care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
  • Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Certification in aged care or disability (or equivalent).
  • Current first aid certification, CPR training, and manual handling skills.
  • A roadworthy vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • NDIS screening (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of person-centered care.
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset.
