Companion Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate Companion Care Professional to provide exceptional support and care for our clients.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives by providing personal care and assistance with daily activities, following a tailored client care plan. You will work closely with registered nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, adhering to their individual needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, holistic care
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and colleagues
- Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
- Current Senior First Aid certification, CPR certification, and Manual Handling certification (with 3+ months until expiry)
- A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's license
- NDIS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
