Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and selling all things landscaping, including retaining wall products, within the landscaping, civil and architectural segments of the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, activities, and campaigns to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist with the launch and introduction of new products to the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM database software.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a B2B Sales Representative is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the building and/or construction industry.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
