About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced therapist to provide evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals dealing with mental health issues, particularly veterans and those experiencing PTSD and chronic pain.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to $140,000 per annum, pro-rata. We also offer attractive remuneration packages, administration and marketing support, and access to a diverse team of like-minded professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including trauma-based psychotherapy.
- Utilise EMDR techniques where appropriate to support clients in overcoming trauma-related symptoms.
- Work closely with other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Full Registration with AHPRA.
- Clinical Endorsement.
- Eligibility for Medicare provider registration.
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and ABN (for contractors).
- Experience in veteran's health, PTSD presentations, and chronic pain management.
- Proficiency in trauma-based psychotherapy.
