Digital Marketing Strategist

Drive the digital transformation of our business by developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee the strategic direction of all digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a data-driven digital marketing strategy that maximises brand visibility, drives qualified traffic, and generates leads.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for incorporating new digital marketing techniques.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver effective campaigns and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the homebuilding or construction industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovation.
