Chief Transformation Officer

The Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria (RFDS Victoria) is embarking on an exciting period of transformation under the leadership of a new and innovative CEO. To support this journey, RFDS Victoria has partnered with TRANSEARCH International to appoint an experienced Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a highly respected organisation, driving innovation, digital enablement, and service expansion. The CTO will work closely with a dynamic leadership team, helping to modernise and strengthen RFDS Victoria for the future.

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will oversee strategic transformation across the organisation, ensuring RFDS Victoria remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
