Production Line Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operator to join our production team.

  • Lead by example as a process expert on the production line, providing guidance on product, equipment, and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor 3PL staff as required, and provide support to operators in areas such as fault finding, defect analysis, and line set-up.
  • Train new operators on department procedures and best practices, and assist with writing and updating SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the CI Lead, Operators, Shift Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Owners to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Own the validation of process control, CCPs, and critical Safety and FSQ equipment, ensuring up-to-date validation and calibration.
  • Act as a deputy for Process Owner/Area Leads when required, and assist with NPD trials and special projects.
About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 9.5 hour shift schedule, working any four days a week, Monday to Friday.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our production team.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Basic computer literacy with a willingness to improve computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills, with a forklift ticket desirable.
