Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Team Member to join our team. As an Operations Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all depot customers, including responding to queries, generating quotes, recording sales, and managing ongoing orders.
  • Being flexible to travel to other depots as needed.
  • Completing daily administrative duties to support depot operations.
  • Receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch, and delivery of packaged lubricants products.
  • Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing across all depot activities.
  • Completing routine depot compliance, maintenance, and inspection tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and stock control/management.
  • Understanding of safe work practices and transport/logistics.
  • Experience in dangerous goods/petroleum industry is desirable but not mandatory.
