Order Fulfilment Specialist

Our pharmacy is seeking a reliable and organised Dispatch Assistant to join our warehouse team full time. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring online orders are packed accurately and sent out on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with care and accuracy
- Prepare parcels for shipping via courier services
- Assist with stock organisation and inventory checks
- Keep the dispatch area clean, organised, and running efficiently
- Follow product handling protocols and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Basic computer skills (we will provide training)
- Previous dispatch, retail, or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
