Clinical Leader in Adult Mental Health

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a specialist psychiatrist in community mental health. As a consultant psychiatrist, you will lead a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality psychiatric services to patients.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Promote patient safety and quality of care by leading the team and ensuring compliance with clinical practice guidelines.
- Provide leadership, training, supervision, and education to doctors in training, medical practitioners, and other healthcare workers.
- Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the relevant authorities.
- Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) from a recognized program in psychiatry.
- Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working with mental health problems in adult mental health.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
