About the Role

This full-time position will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth. It offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strive to achieve weekly sales targets
  • Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in-store and at customers' homes
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries
Requirements
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • All training on products and industry standards relating to installation is provided
  • A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • The ability to work weekends, with flexible roster arrangements available
