We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine room of our recruitment operations, driving success through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise PageUp systems for configuration, upgrades and integrations to ensure seamless performance.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to inform decision-making, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance in recruitment systems, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Lead training and coaching on sourcing effectiveness and tool adoption, empowering colleagues to achieve their full potential.
  • Partner with stakeholders on strategic recruitment technology projects, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment solutions, continually evaluating and refining processes to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment systems administration in PageUp, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI, enabling effective decision-making and data-driven insights.
  • Experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for users and influence adoption, communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
