
Strategic Recruitment Specialist

As a seasoned recruitment expert, you will lead our end-to-end recruitment processes and act as a strategic partner to the business. Your key responsibilities include crafting compelling job advertisements, screening applicants, facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
- Lead the entire recruitment process, ensuring that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is well managed and communicated to candidates.
- Partner with the business to ensure optimal coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with People & Culture Business Partners and leaders to understand business needs and develop targeted talent pipelines.
- Proactively search for passive candidates and build sourcing pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent.
- Provide exceptional candidate engagement and manage onboarding requirements to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Significant experience with both active and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
- Ability to advise on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
