Job Title: Corporate Services Support Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Corporate Services Support Officer. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to staff across the organisation, ensuring effective and efficient execution of procurement and operational activities.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating day-to-day procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the management of operational systems and resources.

This is a full-time 12-month contract position based on a 38-hour work week, located at our head office.

About You:

">
  • You have experience in assisting with developing and maintaining operational frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
  • You possess a strong understanding of frontline operations within a financial institution.
  • You can actively identify issues, risks and incidents across branch services and other service centres; and initiate actions to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • You have experience providing data, analytics and reporting to enable meaningful decision making.
  • You know procurement and contract management processes.
  • You excel in time management and organisational skills.
  • You hold a certificate in business or similar qualification.
  • You can self-manage and work as part of a wider team.
