Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Programs Manager to oversee the daily operations of swim programs at our leisure facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of swim instructors and coaches, ensuring quality service delivery and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and participants.
Requirements
  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching swimming and water safety.
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
  • A current Provide Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009).
  • Extensive experience managing a learn to swim program.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
